i also have been craving a new pencil case. as a student, i feel like your pencil case is a huge part of your identity. it carries all of my pens and pencils in one place so my OCD self can stay happy for long hours in the library.

oh, fentons

once a year, around christmas, k and i will go to fentons to get ice cream. fentons is the creamery that mr. frederickson and russell go to in disney's up. they have a few locations across the bay area. and the still frame from the movie always makes me smile :)

this year, we tried their food too. i highly recommend the crab sandwich, onion rings, and curly fries. i've never met a potato i didn't like, but their curly fries and onion rings are OUT OF THIS WORLD. nom nom nom.

life was SO different!

what were YOU doing a year ago? 

oh, 2012

2012 was a CRAZY year! moving from the east coast, back to the west coast, graduating, teaching, starting school (again), work/life balance, etc.

overall, 2012 was an awesome year and i am even more excited for what's in store for 2013 :). the start of the year was amazing already with a fancy homemade breakfast, a coffee date with the mommy, some shopping, and catching up on tv from the past semester.

break has been wonderful and i think i am finaaaally ready to approach the real world again :)
